We ordered from Helmm, my husband loved the first bottle so ordered for my sons. The package arrived opened, 1 bottle was missing and the other was damaged. I reached out to Helmm at least 7-8 times, just requesting they send a replacement as I don't think the post office will help. I never got a response back despite the site saying they respond in 24-48 hours. I have been trying to get a replacement for about 2+ weeks now.
Very disappointing as the product is great. The customer service (or lack there of) is the worst I have dealt with.
