Total disaster. Grewal Transport is incompetent and unreliable.
Goods are mishandled, damaged, and treated with absolute negligence. There is no quality control, no communication, and no responsibility taken for mistakes. Despite providing horrible service, they have the audacity to charge extra.
This company is a nightmare to deal with. Never ever opt for their service unless you want damaged goods and financial loss. There was serious negligence in handling goods, which resulted in damage and poor condition of items. Their service is extremely unprofessional, careless, and unreliable.
On top of that, they overcharged without justification, which honestly felt like cheating and fraudulent billing practices. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no proper communication.
Overall, this was a complete disaster. If you value your goods and money, never ever opt for Grewal Transport. Strongly NOT recommended.
