They are more interested in profits than excellence, hidden up charges, held case for 10 days had to call and was given 2 different excuses, requested 2 day fedx return but keeping it for long period of time they charged me standard overnight which I didn't need at this time or not requested. Sent implant case that I had poured and pink gingival elastic with scannable attachments to make crowns on , they charged $135.00 each tooth for using my own parts with no modification, after I paid all attachments and mounted to case plus crown charge. the margins were short in a couple of teeth It would be less expensive and faster service to use more established and up front dental labs. I would recommend using a lab with a little more cost with great service and superior esthetics. you get what you pay for , but in this case not so much. The first time I used the lab they charged me up charge for Zirconium on a Zirconia price crown, and not listed on price list.
