Ghosted on a kit return request
I needed to return a seal kit I ordered and all attempts at communication to process the return (I made 4 separate attempts over 2 weeks) and no one ever replied. Was absolutely ghosted. This was my first and last time dealing with this company given their atrocious customer service and communication.
