As an early user of ZB, I had no issues for a long time. The sudden inaccessibility of the platform raised serious concerns for me since I still had funds in my account. Although support responses were delayed, I later discovered the transition to ZB-EXCHANGE.IO. After verifying my account, I was able to log in and withdraw my funds. It was a stressful journey, but thankfully, it ended positively.
