Living In Fear
Since 2022 the leadership of the Avondale Owner's Association in Allen Texas has not maintained their duties and obligations as required for the operation of a nonprofit HOA in Texas. Criminal activities have become a way of life imposed on innocent homeowner victims by acting Board members, property managers, and volunteer community residents. Crimes of theft, property damages, personal assaults, and trespass have destroyed lives and homes in a once peaceful community.
