Minor Scuff with WCI
WCI installed a shared domestic sewage treatment plant at this property in East Devon. They offered a competitive quote for the job but added "variations" to the final bill. They blamed unforeseen problems due to the ground conditions they had neglected to investigate. They damaged a concrete step to the front of the house but declined to repair it because it is "very weak and old concrete". The damage was dismissed as a minor scuff.
