I was scammed on their website

I was scammed on their website. An advertiser asked for personal documents, made an appointment and didn't attend to the appointment. I traveled in Switzerland and spent lots of money for nothing. I think that many people do this to get the passport. Also many people don't even answer to messages. Basically a very bad experience.
