Delivery went wrong
I ordered a new mobile phone direct from Samsung Iberia to be delivered by Express service the next day. It was not delivered to me but they said it had, also the carrier, SEUR, said it had been delivered to me. It took over a month before Samsung finally admitted they had to refund my money by which time the deal I had bought was no longer available. They delayed and delayed taking action for me until they had to give in. They eventually offered a 50€ discount against a future order in compensation but this only compènsated for the deal I had missed. This was a very bad experience with a major world class company but never again! There are plenty of alternatives available.
