Disapointed with Canandaigua Air Center
I took my aircraft to Canandaigua Air Center for an avionics upgrade and was quoted a timeline of 6–8 weeks. It ended up taking 9 months to get my aircraft back.
During the process, I was promised a discount due to the excessive delays—but that promise was never honored. The lack of accountability and follow-through was extremely frustrating.
This experience was defined by unacceptable delays and broken promises. If you’re considering using them, make sure you get everything in writing—or better yet, go elsewhere.
