I had a disappointing experience with this program. It did not seem well-equipped to effectively support all toddlers, particularly those who may need additional attention or have developmental delays. The lead teacher often appeared overwhelmed, even with a small class size, which impacted the overall environment and level of care provided.
Additionally, there seemed to be a tendency to make assumptions about children rather than taking the time to understand their individual needs. This led to a lack of willingness to fully engage and support certain children.
I believe there is significant room for improvement in staff training, classroom management, and creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all children.
