I want to share my personal experience honestly. About three years ago, I lost funds on the old Hotbit platform, which was very frustrating. However, recently I requested a withdrawal through the new website Hotbit.io, and the withdrawal was successfully processed after two days. Because of this, I felt it was important to share what happened in my case so former users are aware. Based on both my past loss and this recent successful withdrawal, I would rate the platform three stars. This is only my personal experience, and I encourage everyone to do their own research before using any exchange or financial service.
