Unfortunately my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Considering the high costs they charge and the claims they make about their services, the overall experience and outcome did not meet expectations.

Communication was particularly difficult. The office representative who is the main point of contact was often dismissive and came across as condescending when questions were raised. On several occasions when I queried costs or aspects of the plans, the response was simply to “read the contract,” which was not helpful when trying to clarify genuine concerns.

My advice to anyone considering this company is to have a solicitor review the contract in detail before signing. Make sure you fully understand every clause and potential cost involved.

Unfortunately, the final quality of the house was also very disappointing and did not reflect the level of workmanship that had been represented.

There are many other companies in the market and based on my experience I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and reading reviews before committing to a contract. I wish I had done so prior to proceeding.
