A bad experience
I ordered 30 Bibles from SPCK publishing. Now a month later not received. I have had no communication from the company after many efforts to get information by telephone or email. The support line is always engaged, reception takes a message with all my contact particulars but no response - after doing that 5 times. I have now applied to my bank for a chargeback on the amount spent. That level of customer service deserves less than one star.
