I just started a new job and Focus HR has been nightmarish in "assisting" me in the process of enrolling in health insurance benefits. I was charged for two and a half months of coverage and was not informed of any of it until I saw my paycheck was significantly less. Every person I've spoken with has told me that there is nothing they can do. Essentially saying that I should accept the scam they successfully played out. I am not one to post negative reviews, but I am so displeased with this company's approach to this issue. The most frustrating part is that I reached out to them prior to making my selections to ensure I would be receiving proper coverage, etc. and they failed to mention that I would be charged for a service that I cannot have access to due to it being in the past.
