After losing funds on stex•com, I spent a long time trying to understand what had happened. Through my own research, I later discovered stex•ltd, which was introduced as a platform created by STEX Exchange to address matters related to the previous system.

Once the process was completed, I was able to request and complete the withdrawal of my funds. Everything worked as outlined, and the steps were clearly explained throughout.
