I ordered timing belt and oil change kit. The status on Oil change kit turned to shipped. I didn't receive the item for more than a week. I checked with their team on the chat option, and they said they are waiting for the timing belt from Italy, and they will ship all together. Finally, after 3 weeks I got the package and only the timing belt came. I checked with the team, and they said that was a mistake at their side and they will send it the same day and gave me a tracking number in my email. After 5 days the label was showing status of label created only and no delivery date. I checked with them again and now they are telling me the shipment might got damaged on the way and UPS didn't inform them. I am waiting for a month for an oil change. I will never ever shop here. So irresponsible and unprofessional.
