This place is AWFUL. Terrible communication and service. No one here seems to be able to communicate. The front office person only spoke English, John the owner, only spoke Spanish so they couldn't even communicate with eachother. John is a very inconsiderate person, I had been messaging him literally a half hour before i left telling him I was coming down to get a vehicle i was interested in for a prepurchase inspection. It took a good 30 mins to get there and when I walked in the front desk person said "oh he just sold it". Within 30 minutes of me leaving he sold it, fine if someone wanted it too but the problem is is he knew I was headed down and didn't bother to let me know, like a quick message before I left would have saved me alot of time. What an inconsiderate human and not only that didn't even know much about the service on the vehicle what had been done or not. Take your business somewhere else. He doesn't care, just cares about getting money in his hands as quick as possible. Hopefully this message saves someone the headache and hassle to work with this small and very unprofessional dealership.
