The recruitment process in this company is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Applicants are asked to go through interviews with clients and invest significant time and effort, only to be completely ghosted afterward. In some cases, the client even confirms that the applicant is a good fit for the team, yet no further communication is provided.

It raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency when opportunities appear to be prioritized for friends, relatives, or known applicants of management rather than candidates who genuinely qualify. At the very least, applicants deserve the basic professional courtesy of being informed of the final decision. Ignoring candidates after they have put in their time and effort reflects poorly on the company’s hiring standards and respect for professionals.
