Stay away from Crystal Creek Homes. Buying a house is once in a lifetime big investment that buyers do, so please do a lot of research before you go for this huge investment. I am sharing my experience to worn people before they plan buying a house.
The quality of the houses they are building is very poor. They will talk about all kinds of warranties and promises to fix any kind of problems before selling and handing it over to customer. But once the house is handed over and they grabbed your money you will be crying like me. They will find all kind of excuses rather than addressing the real concerns.
Their service team is very unprofessional, unhelpful and trained for just to argue with the customers (rather than addressing the customer concerns). They are rude and trying not to fix the issues and problems found in the house they provided the warranties for. I would like to specifically mention a person whose name is “Jason Bergmann” from Crystal Creak Service. This guy is very rude, unprofessional and will only argue with you rather than addressing the issues. He thinks that he is very smart and will make his company happy saving money for not addressing customer complaints. In my opinion he is not doing any good with this company and running the company’s reputation by saving few bucks here and there by not fixing the issues.
Unfortunately, I was not aware of this builder’s repute and was trapped. I spent a lot of money and bought a house recently and found numerous problems in it after moving in. I was told all the problems and issues will be addressed right away by warranties. Now it’s almost sixth month and nothing is being resolved. And the efforts are put in arguing, denying, rather than fixing the actual problems at my house, problems ranging from cracked walls, windows peeling paint, bathroom tiles making noise and so many other issues.
If the issues are not resolved, my next step will be to take a legal action against them.
