Absolutely disgusted with the way they operate i have less than 5% kidney function i picked up medication yesterday which i straight away alerted them that I don't get along with the brand zapains being a knock of brand they don't work for me they continued to verbally abuse me over the phone trying to belittle me about how little I know about medication when I know they are causing me more pain they've had me call the GP who told me I need to go the pharmacy they took the medication which apparently isn't the correct protocol as they never gave me a replacement then called me a lier about them not helping with pain.. 99.9% disappointed with the service I received today.
