lack of basic communication
I've been calling 310-396-0778 for four days trying to speak with someone about my lease contract. No one answers. No one returns voicemails. There isn't even an email listed on their website or in the lease agreement. This level of incompetence and lack of basic communication is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend leasing with them.
