first and foremost this is not personal .is just a warning to anyone approaching this company . to say unprofessional is under statement .their customer service is below any standard .this is my story .and you make up your mind .i was interested in one of the yachts they have for sale .did contact seller nikos it took days for any reply and when we did hi did ask me to make appointment well in advance which i did .did took a flight booked a hotel to go and see the yahct .on the day i was in athens awaiting for him hi did say hi cannot make it .instead his colleague will come .anyway we did take another ferry to salamis .when we approached the yacht i asked who should i speak to they said owner is not here .i asked the person who was taking me there from this company do you know anything about this yahct any history or paperwork hi said no hi does not .and then the neighbour come .hi said hi knows about boats allot i said i want to speak to somebody who can show me the boat and i can ask question .and so i left .i called the owner of the company hi said do what you have to do and hi put the phone down .i try to speak to nikos hi said the same do as you wish .that how they treat customers .never come across more arrogant people .and the condition of the yahct was appalling when i asked the neigbour .when was this yahct moved for last time hi said abbout 3-4 years ago .and nikos told me in the phone it was used last this summer .so yeah avoid avoid avoid or if you there do not trust anything they say .take your own boat specialist so yeah look after your investments this people will take without hesitation .and they know how to go around
