guardian abuse - beware
The guardian - Roseanne Collison of Kinsman Care LLC - was even more egregious in her abuse. At my first meeting with her, she said she was going to take my home and put me in assisted living. She then proceeded to force me into two involuntary hospital stays of several weeks, blocked my doctor's appointments to get a "return to work" letter from FMLA, took my car, put me in an assisted living very far from family and friends and that did not allow me to leave even for a walk, took my cell phone, tried to put my house on the market for sale, orchestrated doctor's orders for involuntary medication, and prohibited visits from family members. Additionally, the assisted living cost was $6k per month, on top of the $3k per month I was already paying for my home mortgage. I experienced the "liquidate, medicate, and isolate" first hand.
