Sad to have a gorgeous home ruined
It is with a heavy heart that I give Kieran and his team a terrible review. He's a great person, however as a contractor he needs to stand by the work for which he picks others to do for his clients. He is terrific but 90% of the work was done by others. I'm facing probably 10k in damage due to his poor oversight. Making things worse for me, I now feel so angry that he did not believe me because I'm an older woman. I told him the new roof and "fixed" chimney were leaking. He dismissed my concerns so I told herself not to worry. Well, I should have trusted myself.
