I will give good comment where it deserves but i feel that this is a situation where the doctor has clearly not implied what i asked for. I have severe diabetic problems in my legs and requested medication due to them being in pain and infected. I could not go to the surgery as requested because i could not stand so a telephone request was made by their online form. Dr Newbold phoned me. I submitted a photo of my of the problem and details for his help. He did not seem very sympathetic or wanted to arrange a home visit. He prescribed some cream for my legs and some antibiotics. I asked him directly to send the prescription to my local Rowlands pharmacy as to the urgent situation rather than Pharmacy 2U who i am registered but take week to send my medication. Do you know what he did? Sent it to Pharmacy 2U. I have to wait a week now in pain. There is only Two Doctors at this surgery that are any worth and they are wasted being here.
