DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Rented from them for 4 years, NEVER late on rent, not once. They showed up with no notice, found something to blame on us every inspection (including the neighbors' weeds), and wouldn't renew our lease because "the owner wanted his property back". Two weeks after moving out, and it's listed for rent again. They are LIARS.
