Do not move here. Terrible management. Bed bugs. Mold. Frequent water/ plumbing problems. No AC in the summer. Didn't have heat until January ( after I called the building inspector). Never have the heat or air on in the building - poor ventilation. The owner of the property has defaulted on over $100 worth of loans ( one of their properties was forclosed on, and another is receivership - per Denver Post article-). They are Slumlords!!!
