I have been to this facility a total of three times: twice in 2025 for "Trigger Finger" and a second opinion. I was seen by a very competent hand surgeon, Dr. Thao Nguyen, and one time in 2026 for an evaluation of issues with my neck/shoulders, with partial paralysis I encountered Sunday morning, February 22, 2026. I was given X-Rays of my neck at their office on Palm River Road. I never saw a doctor, not once. I suggested that I needed an MRI to make a definitive diagnosis; they gave me a script for the MRI, and I scheduled the MRI Exam the following day at Brandon MRI. The MRI's diagnosis revealed potentially serious issues with nerve compression in my cervical spine, bulging discs, etc. I never saw a doctor; I saw a young sports medicine assistant who ran me through a range of movement procedures, etc. I also saw a Physician's assistant who briefly talked to me for a minute or so. When my MRI results were sent to OMG, I received the MRI diagnosis via email. I called the office yesterday and asked if there would be any follow-up after they read my MRI Exam diagnosis. I was told to go to my Patient Portal and read what had been written in my Patient Portal. They basically abandoned me for whatever reason they felt necessary. I will NEVER return to this facility for any treatment whatsoever. I am 80 years old and have been seen by medical professionals for over 60 years. This is by far the worst experience I have encountered with any Medical Facility.
