For me, keeping the good experience I have with this exchange is not right. I’d rather share it here. My experience is that this exchange may not be the best, but they are really trying, because it’s not easy some exchanges went down and could never come back, but this one understands how users feel and launched a new website, bitribe.exchange. If not for this new website, all my money would still be stuck, but they allowed me to access my account and even withdraw my money. This is so good, and I appreciate it.

My account had been inactive for a long time, and I had lost hope. Once the new platform went live, I followed the instructions, reactivated my account, and soon after, my withdrawal process started. It felt good knowing my funds were not forgotten, and it reassured me that the platform is real and operational.
