Claim 100% refund but I have not received one penny yet!
I recv'd my order and they weren't even close to the right fit. 100% gauranteed or all money back. Although Fluxe has a US address, you would have to ship back to China and pay expensive fees OR get a partial (40%) cash refund now. Dec 30, 2025, I requested my partial refund. Many emails back and forth. On Jan. 11, 2026, they said refund was being processed. No sign of it in my bank. Feb.4, confirmed amount had been issued. Complication of some sort with refund. Feb 12, scheduled to be sent out by next week. Now Feb 26th and nothing has ever shown up in my bank. I spent over $80 and am getting $35.94. This is a ridiculously small amount of money to have this much trouble. They could just send me a check at this point. Owner seems very nice, but beginning to wonder who I have been really talking do. This is NOT good!
