We have been attempting to get an order completed for multiple days, and it still has not been completed. We have contacted the company four separate times and spoken with five different representatives, including Sofia, Joseph, and Abu. Each person provided a different explanation for the delay and reassured us that the matter would be resolved promptly.
Unfortunately, as of the time of writing this review, the order remains incomplete.
This situation is unacceptable. Patients and healthcare facilities depend on timely diagnostic services, especially for vulnerable individuals who are unable to leave the facility to obtain necessary testing. Delays like this directly impact patient care.
I am very disappointed in how this matter has been handled and in the nonchalant approach taken despite multiple follow-ups. We expect better communication, accountability, and urgency when it comes to patient care.
