Stay away!
Stay away! This company has gone downhill very quickly. Invoices taking a month to be paid, when workers call, they get told different excuses each time. I have been trying to get a correct budget for 4 months to no prevail. My mother is now receiving invoices where she has to pay half, which is hundreds of dollars. We were not notified and it is 100% wrong. She is receiving more money now than she was last year. I have sent emails and called numerous times, no reply and no one is available to talk to, including the person who looks after my mums account, the accounts department or any manager, no one. I have been hung up on. This company is taking their percentage, 20%, and cannot look after their clients. They have no idea! It's disgraceful!!
