Apathetic and soulless staff members who chose harm over care.
Took Nexus staff over a week to find a reason not to accept me as a patient. I presented myself asking for a psychology appointments, only to be told all psychologist have removed their services from me. For what reason does psychologist run a practice if not to accept client who present for that very reason. As someone who was the pedestrian in a hit n run and been denied access to varing doctors for over 2 years, these psychologists, all 16+ of them, refused to allow me access to their services. As someone who also served my country, they remain dogmatic about not providing any more information into the situation. Avoid all of these doctors who refuse to help victims of crime and turn their backs to those in need
