I’m extremely disappointed with my latest purchase from Naot.
I’ve worn this brand for years and own multiple pairs, so I trusted the quality. Unfortunately, my newest pair turned out to be unwearable. I wore them outside once and came home with painful, bloody blisters on the backs of my feet.
The next day, I brought them to the store where I purchased them, and the store manager confirmed the shoes are defective due to interior stitching.
I never expected this from a brand I’ve supported for so long. I’m sharing this because customers deserve safe, properly made footwear — and I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved.
