The truth about IAC-T it is not worth it
The truth at IAC-T is that board members and other members are making profit on the back of a non-profit. When you buy your land you are not getting a right away to the property. They can restrict how you get to your land. We are trying to get our property ready to sale after one summer there, it being February we have not paid our club membership dues. The gate guard said we were not allowed to drive or ride on their roads. However we could walk. I am 100% disabled veteran I can not walk over 1/2 mile up and down hills. I have opened a civil suit with DOJ
