Apparently, Payeer introduced a new platform, and I came across the merge portal, payeer-exchange.io. I proceeded to merge my account through the portal, after which I completed the KYC verification process and successfully reactivated my account on the website. There was also an active online support team that promptly responded to all my inquiries, which gave me additional confidence in the process.
Once my account was reactivated, I immediately swapped my coins. From my understanding, the purpose of merging my account was to facilitate a smooth migration to the new platform.
