Barre South is a very professionally run studio! Instructors are motivating and the classes are challenging but fun! A variety of days and times are offered at 3 locations. The space and equipment are always clean. I love that I am constantly challenged to push myself and can feel my body changing. The owner, Brett, is so kind as are all of the instructors who always have a smile for you when you walk the through the door and call you by name.
