I had 3 questions. He spent 3 1/2 minutes telling me how lucky I was ( he assumed I was an idiot and didn't know that). I finally got him to listen to my 1st question, 'I'm not swallowing well, my neck is in the wrong alignment ' He got up, telling me to see a throat doctor to help fix damages of a feeling tube. By that time he was opening the door to leave. I asked him to stop, that I had more questions. He left anyway. After the appointment, I called the office and told his nurse what happened, And that I needed him to look at the MRI (His office ordered it) and find out why I had persistent pain in my ARM. My 3rd question was could anyone do microscopic surgery to put my neck in the correct place. No one has ever reviewed that MRI nor called me back. 2 more appointments for 2 more questions? 2 insurance claims for them? Never.
