WISPwest has a good rating on this site, but look at how old those ratings are.
We have been customers of this ISP since 2017 (I believe), when WISPWest purchased the network from its developer. We were customers of their predecessor, East Slope Internet, since at least 2012. In this whole time, we have not missed a payment and I am trying to remember if we have ever even been late with a payment. In any case, our account is on autopay, so there is no problem with WISPWest receiving timely payments from us.
Early in this month (February) WISPWest, our Internet Service Provider, came to our home and installed a device on top of our router. Within two weeks of being installed, on Thursday evening, 12 February 2026, their new gizmo stopped functioning. This disrupted our very stable network, which had been operating well for more than a decade.
