Everything as Promised

I requested estimate from 3 company to install floor to ceiling mirror. I got reply, estimate and installation: all on time as promise from AOG. From Other 2 companies, I got estimate for not what I requested from one, and after multiple promises about estimate and my reminders, it finally came after AOG installed my mirror.
