I would like to thank Zb for launching zb-exchange.io, giving users another chance to access accounts and recover funds. This new website has restored hope for many of us who had already given up. However, I sincerely hope Zb will prioritize transparency and security moving forward. Financial losses affect people deeply, and platforms must understand the responsibility they carry. Please do better and protect users.
