Bad Customer Service and not a drop of commitment or professionalism
Bad customer service. I booked an online phone appointment, in order to determine if they fit the needs for a tax professional and file taxes with them. I booked this appointment on February 16th, 2026. The appointment was established to Wednesday February 18th at 06:00pm. I called them few minutes after 06:00 since I had not received a call at the time. They lied and stated that they were very busy and they would re-schedule to 07:00pm this same day. They never contacted me. This is unacceptable. I found their reviews mostly positive but, in this case, they dropped the ball with me big time. I would not recommend their service to anyone. You will waste your time, don't let them waste your money.
