This company is shady and hard sells health benefits disguised as insurance. Insisted that our rural doctors were covered, something we asked and confirmed with them multiple times. When presented to our doctors office, we were told they had never even heard of this plan. When we contacted the agent we were told to just "nominate" our doctor to be a provider. This is ridiculous, and just a ploy to try to get providers to accept these "plans". When we tried to cancel this plan, we were sent through four different agents each trying to prevent us from canceling with high pressure scare tactics. It took us threatening to report to insurance commissioner to get them to cancel.
