Do NOT trust four star freightliner!!! $3873 to replace a $400 alternator and service my motor coach. I told them to change the alternator. They charged me $466 for an express assessment (which took days) to tell me I needed an alternator. The engine and alternator are easily accessible via an overhead panel. The service included greasing the chassis. When I picked up the coach, I glanced underneath and the chassis was obviously not greased. They sent a mechanic out to grease the chassis as I paid the bill. When I got home, I took a closer look only to find 1 fitting had been greased. Do NOT trust four star freightliner! Do NOT trust four star freightliner! I cannot say it enough. If you cannot trust them with the simple task like greasing a chassis, how can you trust the rest of the work? They should change their name to 1 star freightliner.
