They had my 18 year old sun out in minus 25 with a wind removing snow with no breaks,lunch or warm up time for 14.5 hours(that's only because I went and picked him up or it would have been longer) I know legally you cant do anything because they are hired as contractors, but anyone that has a moral compass to run kids into the ground like that obviously should not be running a company
