Not Good for Landlords
Making my story short... I signed a 1-year contract with Crest Premier to rent out my property. It was a nightmare, but it was just another property for then. They put in just any tenant, the tenant damaged the house, brought in more people to live there, brought in a girlfriend with 3 dogs without adding them to the lease, and they never conducted an inspection of the house to see if it was being properly cared for, even though the contract stated that inspections would be done twice a year. The eviction happened after 10 months and I had to pay lawyers, eviction fees, and repair the house and also their management fee, even when the house was vacant. They didn’t remove the lockbox they had put on the door because they forgot the code, and Euphemia made the excuse that "the tenant had put the lockbox, not her". I was there when her husband, Mr. Sherman put the lockbox, but they said was the tenant who put the lockbox in and I had to pay a locksmith to remove it. This company never took responsibility. I sent a message asking for the refund of $165 I spent and never got a response. If it’s inconvenient for them, they don’t respond to emails. I forgot to mention, I had to pay 380 dollars to remove hair from a clogged bathroom. The costs were charged by Crest itself; they do the repairs themselves. This company only cares about themselves and how many money they make. * Maybe this Management Company is good for Tenants... Not for Landlords.
