Horrible Customer service and RIPPED Off on the refund!
Horrible Customer service!!!! Got home insurance through them and after 3 months got notice they are cancelling our policy because they didn't want to be in the business of insuring house with long absence from the premise after accepting the policy and then changing their minds. Then is took almost 2 months of run around to get my remaining premium refunded!! Then then ripped us off on our refund because we got other insurance elsewhere 5 days earlier than they were going to cancel us. They said because we cancelled we get $186 dollars less of a refund! Pretty disgusting Customer Service!! Can't imagine what they would do with a claim!! Good luck if you need a claim from them!!!!
