Unethical business model
They are unworthy of even the 1 star. Their business strategy is to act as a collections agency while allowing themselves to tack on arbitrary legal fees. The tactics they use are providing poor information and slow and delayed responses to inquiries about the poor or wrong data, allowing them to add more legal fees. Then use threats of lawsuits, liens and other legal bullying under the assumption that those in their cross hairs pay to avoid facing the court.
While this may be legal to do they are incented to do exactly what they are doing which in any instance is unethical.
