DO NOT buy anything from ACE online. I ordered 2 Kohler toilet seats on Ebay & one was badly damaged. I started the return & the ACE representative directed me to close & redo the return. I did not know once you close a return on Ebay they will not help& you must work with the Seller. Working with the ACE representative was a nightmare. ACE offers FREE RETURNS which is a lie. They promised to reimburse me the shipping fee($40).
They received the return over 1 month ago but never paid me back.....
SCAMMER.....is the best description for ACE
